BUILD THE PROJECT CONSORTIUM

Finding the right partners for a project is an important key to success. We will make sure that the partners are the right ones for the project goals, complement each other, have the necessary expertise and are motivated.

 

We particularly focus on

​

  • establishing contact at an early stage,

  • a clear distribution of roles between the partners,

  • coordination of the technical input and the total effort needed from each partner,

  • negotiation of the individual budget shares,

  • collection of all necessary data from the partners,

  • review of the technical input, and

  • final editing of the English or German texts for the proposal.

Most importantly: you will be involved in these details ONLY as much as you want, and can concentrate on the technical content of the proposal. After all, an ingenious project idea and outstanding proposed solutions are the most important keys to success.
